Our current primary objective is in the realm of conservation and restoration.  We have found a piece of land for $10,000 that will give us 200 hectares (about 500 acres) to focus on conservation of the native plants and animals, the ability to plant medicine plants, and build a tourist trail for visitors to explore a safe part of the jungle.

The restoration and conservation projects we are developing are very important to this region and our world as a carbon sink.  These projects will be continuing in to the future with the goal to last beyond our lives and through multiple generations.  Donations for this project will focus on purchasing land for conservation and restoration efforts.

Our primary goal is to conserve as much of the remainder of the Amazon forest in the Putumayo Region of Colombia as we can.  This is not limited to rainforest as we aim to replant native species in over- grazed ranch lands.  One project in the works is to plant a once abundant Barbasco tree that has been used heavily in development projects.  We hope to have 50 of these trees planted by the end of the year.
